Legions Triumphant will not download.

I just bought Legions Triumphant and when I tried to download the file to my computer I got the download window but nothing downloaded. I guess I used up my download attempts because now the link says it is expired. What do I do now?

I have also just purchased FOG Legions Triumph and cannot download the file after one failed attempt

Please try again later, or just grab the update. All you need are v1.5.0 and your serial and you can unlock the game using the launcher.

If this does not help let us know and we'll investigate. If you can send your order ID to info@slitherine.co.uk stating the problem this will help us find out what went wrong.

I contacted Plimus and they reset my download count. I was able to run the setup but cannot save the LTR installation file for backup. I was able to save the all previous expansion setup files for backup so why can't I do the same for LTR?

Unfortunately I have the Matrix version of FOG so was unable to just use my serial number. Had to run the setup from online. Is this going to be corrected for future installations so that my Matrix version will be the same as the Slitherene version?

Bottom line is that I have successfully installed LTR but have no backup file for LTR. Do I have to pay $11+ to get a backup? That seems a little strange since I was able to back all other installation files.

I was able to save the LTR setup file to disk by using Firefox. Internet Explorer will only allow you to run the setup but will not let you save the file to disk or harddrive.

Anyway...problem solved.
