Figure painter

Hi All

I wonder if anyone can help.

One of our developer partners in the US (Board games Manufacturer) is looking to source a figure painter in the far east to put painted figures into his games, of course does not have to be far east but I doubt doing this in commercial numbers would be impossible for any one else.
