Anarchy charges against light infantry

Hi all,

wanted to have a confirmation about the fact that light troops can trigger shock troops to anarchy charge: I just had evidence of this and I'm wondering if this is correct from a FOG digital rules perspective (reading them on the help menu seems yes but just to be sure...).
