2 questions on the camp

shooting is allowed on enemy attacking camp but not when looting (is attacking when you move into contact with camp) and thereafter you are looting it?+

can a fragmented unit if it passess a cmt contact a camp if this takes it away from enemy units ( i cant find the section on what fragmented troops can do)

You only attack a camp if it is a fortified camp. For an unfortified camp, looting starts when you contact it. For a fortified camp, looting only starts once you successfully roll to "beat" the camp, e.g. a 5 or 6 for foot, a 6 for mounted. After that, looting of the fortified camp starts.

I believe a fragmented BG can contact a camp if it passes a CMT since it only requires a normal move to contact a camp. A fragmented BG must pass a CMT for a move that doesn't take it further away form all enemy within a specific distance. So they can contact the camp if they pass the CMT.
