Question on invasion limit

Hi
I wonder, If I diesembark some units but they are supplied by sea, do they still count for the invasion limit?

It depends on whether you land into a friendly or enemy controlled hex. The former can be done without spending invasion capacity. The latter will spend invasion capacity.
