Registering serials

I had to buy ROR again due to losing the old copy and the need to install on a new OS. I cannot overwrite the old serial on MyPage to play multiplayer. Any suggestions?

I tried to use the old serial with the new copy of ROR, but the system will not let me do that. I get a message that says I have to purchase ROR (which I just did, for the second time). Bottom line is I successfully looaded ROR but I cannot use it because the serial is different.

Look at MyPage to find your serial numbers. Just log in to the homepage and you'll see it there. You need to use the original serial number.

Roger. Did that. It still does not let me use ROR. With that serial, FOG tells me I need to buy the program.

You need to make sure you install using the same set of serials as registered to your account. You never need to buy new ones - if you lose the files tell us and we'll issue new links to download.

You may have to install fog too if you used different serials.
