LT 1.4.7 Can't move towards the enemy camp

I am playing LT 1.4.7 and have my DAG Early Principate Roman army deployed and it is my turn. I let the computer choose the opponent. The Goths are all skulking in their camp I presume as none are deployed where I can see. However none of my units can move forwards. They can only move towards their own camp.

Belay that. It was the deployment phase but it did not say that - it said it was the Roman first turn. I wondered why I had no deployment option.
