Steep and Gentle hills

Two questions:

1) Was it a design decision to not differentiate between gentle and steep hill graphics in the new mini maps?

2) I've just noticed that (after all this time!) that you can't build steep hills with the scenario editor. Is this on a to do list?

No plans to show them differently in the map preview.

You can add steep hills in the editor by clicking a hill with the right mouse button.
