1st go at the Poles

Post by madcam2us »

Since the later list is not yet available when I suspect I'll get to use the Panceri as armored light lance sword/pistols to replace the Hussars (will they be DH too???) I'm looking for feedback on the following 800 point list:

GC
2xTC
1x4 Hussars
3x4 superior/armored cossasks carbine/swd
2x3 dragoons
3x6 pike/musket cossacks
3x8 Haiduks arbeques
1x4 Reiter HA/pistol/

13 BGs and only 1 BG of the Hussars. But at 92 points one can't get everything. Does the GC have as many benefits as FoGA? We haven't played yet as we are still assembling our forces.

Madcam.

The Haiduks will take some practice in that you will need to shield them from enemy mounted. But I think in 8s is the way to go there.

The GC I am torn on. A lot of units will break on kills, it is less needed. But let's say you need your haiduk to die more slowly when hit by swedeish salvo foot or a nasty tercio or such. Then I think the GC letting them fight a bit longer may be helpful.
