Would players welcome a PDF of the Index to download?

I have taken this from a different thread.

Would a PDF of the index (in a slightly larger font) be of use to anyone? If so I will ask Slitherine if it is ok to post one in the resources section of their site and link to it here.

While I am at it, is there anything that is material missing from the index? It's no great effort to slightly revise it before creating the PDF.

Yes, but please kindly avoid any but light shading in order that it prints out cleanly in black and white. I don't have any other suggestions for the index, but having a printout makes it easier to use it to go through the book.

Mike, thanks. Other than any copyright notice and/or Slitherine Logo/Watermark it would be pure black and white if I have any say...

One that came up - an entry for artillery, rear support by foot since although "rear support" with page 126 is an entry, that might not be what people think to look for - such as "artillery" or "support"

It would be nice to be able to download all those tables we use . I know , they are at the end of the book but ..you need GOOD eyes .
