Hi everyone
I would like to sincerely thank all the people and especially the developers of the mods to Commander Europe at War....
I have been playing now for almost a year and it is really fun, challanging and most of all good balance in the 1.07 version. I have always been an Axis fan, but it is equally fun to play Allies.
I am really looking forward to the 2.0 version that is coming soon....so far the changes i have seen looks very promissing.
Thanks a lot guys!!!!

You're welcome!!! By the way, keep the AAR's, analysis, comments and suggestions coming. It's these things that fuel the interest in the game, grows the community and feeds GS development.Crazygunner1 wrote:Hi everyone

Couldn't agree more. The GS expansion has made this into a great game that is thoroughly enjoyable and challenging to play. My grateful thanks to the developers for creating this and to all those who provide such fine AARs. In the past I had tried all the WW2 European theatre games around (including the original CEAW) and none seemed to provide that level of realism and playability, without being super-complicated that I was searching for and it was through the AARs that I gained a good insight into what GS had to offer. Can't wait to try out version 2.0.

Yes, fantastic work on the mod! I would have to say that the differences between GS 1.07 and the vanilla game are about as signficant as the differences between some games and their "sequels." I'm happy to reap the benefits of your efforts without having to pay for the game again! GS 2.00 looks to continue the trend. I used to think the game had a lot of "potential." Now, I just think it's a good game.
