Extra Romanian FTR

In a 1.07 game I'm playing an extra 5 step Romanian FTR spawned in Jan. 41. And, once Finland activated I noted that the Finns had an additional fighter that was a ten step. Is this possible or a glitch anyone know? I like it but my opponent doesn't.

Is that when Romania joins the Axis? if so that is correct

If you mean you now have 2 Romanian fighters then it is indeed a glitch

Yes, I now have two Romanian fighters and two Finnish fighters. They must really want to protect their oil fields.

This happens if you give the Axis some advantages at the beginning of the game as far as I know. Then additional FTR spawns, but this should not happen in case the advantages are set to "even".

No - it is set as even. I've played minor axis advantage and never had that before.
