Hi
I think you have to go into the unit folder of the download file and copy the files to the same folder

in the application. You may want to backup your unit folder or those files before you overwrite them.

I only have used these counters in my computer with GS expansion. But they should work well too in CEAW gold edition.

I have noticed some errors on some counters which have been all fixed. And, as a new addition, I´ve included HQ symbols that I´ve mentioned in a post 3 weeks ago. You optionally can use this HQ symbols replacing the current ones with the face of a commander.

Descritption of air units nato counters:

Fighter wing:

Tactical bomber wing:

Strategic bomber wing:

Air units nato counters are available in 2 and 3 zoom levels whilst in zoom level 1 air units counters in this addition are the same than the other air counters type. So now you can choose these air units nato counters if you want to, replacing the current ones from my mod.

I have updated german emblems so they are definitely historical emblems: I´m referring to Balkenkreuz symbol. Look at the screenshots with the new german emblems:

Although this is an only counter thread I have also taken a graphic unit screenshot that looks nice too!:

Since 2D mod has been downloaded only a few times I will remove 2D mode so it will be only available 3D mod.

Can you put up a link to the file with the Balkenkreuz symbol in it. Link appears to be dead.

Also got problem with GS1.6 The new counters do not display just original ones in counter mode. Works fine with 1.12 Gold. Weird?

I don´t know what can be here. Many people have downloaded the mod (more than 80! downloads) and they haven´t notify any problems. It should work in GS 1.06 without problems.

I have finished editing new amphibious units and this is the result:

As it is explained in the screenshot above, transports with an amphibious unit on them have a nato amphibious symbol at the top of the counter. Transports without amphibious unit on them do not carry any amphibious symbol. An amphibious unit can attack and disembark (forcing a retreat) in an enemy ocuppied beach hex whilst an unit without amphibious capacity only can disembark in empty enemy hexes.

I have added a new addition to the mod. In the upcoming 2.00 entrenchment levels are showed and they are represented as coloured dots. Since the colours of these dots match with the colours of the counters of some countries, entrenchment levels could not be distinguished. So I have included numbers for entrenchment levels instead.

As you will have noticed all the images in this thread but the one in the last post are not showed any more. I have had some problems with the uploading site and that´s why the images are not showed any more.

Anyway, don´t worry at all because the links work perfectly.

Because of all the changes that has been made (and that will be made) to the mod, I will start a new thread once GS 2.00 is released.

Last addition included in the mod has been regarding to coloured dots showing xp levels. As you already know, showing xp levels directly on the unit is a GS 2.00 new feature that is represented with a coloured dot. The fact is that the colour of this dot match with the colours of the counters of some nations in the mod so I´ve decided to include a specifical xp symbol for the mod. I have added a symbol simulating a military cross for representing the corresponding xp level.
