Medieval property in editor

Post by Brigz »

In the Editor what does checking the BG property "Medieval" do? I've looked at several Medieval era scenarios in the editor and have never seen this checked as "True". The so called "rules" don't mention this.

I cant find the post but a long time ago someone else asked about this.... I believe the answer was on how the game directs various ingame sound effects (ie "medieval sounds" vs "ancient") but it also appears to be non functional anyways...

If you set Medieval=1 for artillery the unit will generate medieval sound effects.
