3) At the main menu press the ` key on your keyboard. On PC it is just below the ESC key at the top left. Not sure where on Mac but when you hit it you'll see a command window appear.

Slight problem with this one.
EU keyboard needs AltGr to get to the ` , and AltGr is disabled in FoG (and most other games)
I can't even type it here without resorting to cut'n'paste.
Tried switching keyboard language in Windows, but no dice.
Anyway to run it from the commandline?
Or any other ideas for that matter?

The ability to type a keycode with Alt works in FoG when I test it here.

Please try again, holding down the Alt key (not AltGr), and using the numeric keypad (the number keys to the right of your keyboard) to type the code, 96.
