Skirmishers and interception charges

If a skirmish unit declares a charge and a non-skirmish unit declares an interception charge and moves into their path... what happens?

I know if it was a case of pursuing an evader or router the skirmisher would stop 1 MU away. I can't find it spelled out that the same thing occurs here. It just says that unless it would result in a flank charge you move chargers normally after interception chargers have moved.
