I recently experienced a hardware tragedy that required me to restore my FOG system. I have, I am pretty sure, all the upgrade files. I have purchased FOG, rome, arrows, fire, scemetars - i.e. all the game expansions.
However, I am having trouble getting these to install properly. What is the best order to load games in. Right now, all I see is FOG, and it refuses to load. It asks me to upgrade to the latest version, but then does not give me a menu choice to do so - that is, shows me the old main menu.
Assistance would be great.

Dear Kilroy,
Thanks for the suggestion. It seems like a proper sequence, and I tried it.
BUT
When I got to Storm of Arrows there was a problem: "The installer could not install the upgrade patch because the rpogram being upgraded may be missing or the upgrade patch updates a different version of the program."
So, I am desperate again.

I am on XP. My current plan is to uninstall, and then to apply the patches and expansions in - I think - the order I received them. It strikes me that, in some cases, patches/upgrades and expansions came in the same package, which is probably not ideal.
I guess what i would most like is to download the latest FOG, and then apply the expansions as if i were a new customer without having to buy it all again.
As always, suggestions are welcome.

Simply recapitulating history did work for me. That is:
Field of Glory
patches 1.02, 1.03, 1.1.0
Rise of Rome
patches 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2.5
Storm of Arrors
patch 1.2.6, fullpatch 1.2.8
Immortal Fire (bundled with release 130 (1.3.0 one expects)
Swords and Sciitars (bundled with release 140)
You may not need to run all those patches if you are in recovery like me.
