Can't click on anything

I just downloaded and installed this game, but when the initial menu screen loads, I am not able to click on anything. The mouse cursor displays, but I cannot choose any of the options to start the game. I've tried several different screen resolution settings, but it still won't work.

Have you tried running in a window? Do you have a multimonitor setup at all?

Note that you should get a small popup at the top of the screen which you need to click through - are you seeing this?

I had the same problem. The weird thing is the main screen was completely different in windowed mode than in fullscreen. I am surmising though it actually may be that it didn't update correctly and something caused it to update as now it works in both fullscreen and window mode.
