What did I get? A virus? A trojan? What? lol I only see 1.4.2 listed as the last major update on this forum

Look at the Sticky for 1.4.2 above and read the second post. 1.4.3 is correct.

Then how come 1.4.3 isn't listed as the sticky topic? Makes people think 1.4.2 is the most recent.

I don't know. But if you've got 1.4.3 installed you are good to go.
