I have a parthian and a saka army and was thinking of trying out a combination of both:

Indo parthian with Saka allies:

Is this list legal:

2*TC (subgenerals)
1*TC ( saka ally general)

Saka Ally
1*4 nobles (Armoured undrilled cavalry with lance/sword)
1*4 Cavalry (unprotected undrilled cavalry with bow/sword)
2*4 Horse archers (unprotected undrilled LH with bow/sword)

Indo Parthians
2*6 cataphracts
1*4 cataphracts
3*4 LH (bow only)
2* 6 LF (poor javelinmen)
2* 6 LF (poor slingers)
1* 6 LF (poor archers)
2* 6 LF (average archers)

you have only got 3x4 = 12 Parthian Horse archers and the minimum is 18.

Also you have got 2x6 Average LF Bow and 1x6 poor LF bow and the combined maximum for Parthian is 12.

The LF bow problem could be got around by making one of the units Skythians rather than Parthian
