How come? I swear in BA they could fire upon infantry units. German Pak-36 had HE ammo.
EDIT: But, curiously, german AT rifle can..they were not sniper rifles, they shouldn´t be able to perform fire on infantry.

Yes, the Panzer III looks like 50mm gun...which shouldn´t. This type of tanks were rare in that stage of the war, the main force of PzIII were the 37mm and dual MG mounting.
Btw, main Panzer force in France was made of Panzer II and I (why there are not Panzer I at all in the game? They were farily common).
Pak36 probably had some HE rounds just in case that pesky infantry gets too close. If they don´t at least they should have some kind of small arms defence (like 2 squares range or such). They are sitting ducks instead.
