Demo version
When (or where) is there a demo? I do not buy games that do not offer a demo or open beta.
A demo is unlikely in the immediate future, maybe after February when the PC boxed retail versions together with the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 version will hit the market.
But what comes very close is the GBM Users Guide, basically it describes the cool game mechanics and features in detail. You can have a read here:

The beta ended recently and we do not plan a demo at this time. We're in a tricky position as the retail release is not till Feb next year so we have to limit what we do in terms of marketing or we might shoot our bolt too soon. That is why we have had no press release to announce the game. Only people on our site have really heard about it.
BVG,
Wow...i'll try and find those reviews...but having played the game i would say that it is VERY light on RPG and much more tactical. In fact it has very subtle but very challenging tactical battles...much greater than your typical rock/paper/scissors...there different load outs of weps and exp really allow you to customize units who can be great at some things while sucking at others as well as creating all round general purpose units that don't really excel at anything but are well rounded for all tasks.
my .02 cents.

Well I thought I would bring this thread back up to see if there was any new details on the game. Recently heard about it. Right now I am seeing prices between 30 and 60 dollers on ebay for this game and that looks about the only place I am going to get it. So before I go get, I was wondering if there were any plans for a Demo. Thnx
