Condotta - Venice (Outside Italy) v.s. Later Seleucid (post 166 B.C.)
I noticed my mounted crossbow is getting a -1 POA for shooting at a heavily armored cataphract.
The exact POA is "-1 Bo/Ja/Sl attacking Ca or HA Kn."
Now unless I'm misreading the POA table, crossbows should be at a +0 POA here. The help indicates that the penalty is specific to Bows, Javelins and Slings.
I don't play the table top game though so it's possible I'm misreading it or missing an additional rule?
