Re-installing FoG, ROR, SOA and IF on Windows 7

Following on from my previous query, having bought a new PC and having read the thread re Morbio's problems could I get confirmation of the re-load order.

Assuming I start by installing FoG 1.01, in what order should I install the applications and the patches?

If you bought RoR close to the time of initial release, install that, then the latest full update available (1.33?) from the Slitherine site. Then load the other add ons and update using the in game update function.
