Load times

Since 1.3.9, loading times for the FoG exe have increased considerably. SS load times have been much quicker than before. Now they are longer than FoG without the beta installed. Don't know if this has to with something in the update or traffic on the server.

No changes to the code for load times so servers/net traffic etc.
