Victory Conditions, Charges &, Biblical Battles Question

I am new so please bear with me if these are basic questions. i couldnt find the answers readily and i did wade through forums a bit but to no avail.

1.) Is there any way to modify the victory conditions so you can "fight to the death?"
What I mean by "fight to the death" is the battle continues till one army is completly defeated.
So many of my battles are glorious, but then one side achieves the "victory conditions" and the battle is over and it leaves me quite unsatisfied to not be able to keep fighting.
Is there an option for this feature anywhere?
If not, could you please work on adding an option such as this to your next patch?

2.) Re: Charges
Sometimes my men yell charge and charge and sometimes they just attack. the sword is there in both cases. It seems random?
Any tips or links would help.
The "manual" leaves quite a bit to be desired.

3. Biblical Battles - Anyone have links to mods of Ancient Biblical Battles? I would love to see a "Conquest of Canaan" collection.

1. There is no option to fight on after one side breaks although this has been requested often.
2. They only yell charge if they're actually moving into combat
3. Bibilical expansion will come but is some way off, maybe a year or so.

Thanks, it is a great little gaming system.
Hard to believe they haven't added a "Fight on" option in the many patches...
It is really annoying to fight a nice long battle without being able to fight "to the death."
sigh that sucks.
