My software hangs almost immediately from the install.exe

I am using an HP, with windows VISTA 32 bit operating system and 4.0 GB of RAM. I have the latest drivers and my direct X is upto date. Please help :cry:

There is no install.exe so can you be more specific where the issue is. Also, where is your serial number printed?
