Another Question for the Mid-Republican Romans

hi,

and again a short question . in rise of rome, on side 9, is the army list for mid-republican roman. there is following rule for building the army list:

apart from italian allied foot, no more than 8 bases can be used from the optional troops list

i found 2 types for italian allied foot: italian allied pedites extraordinarii and other lighter euipped italian allied infantry.

is the rule for both of these italians or just (like the computer FoG) for the extraordinarii?

You can choose as many of both these two troop types as the list allows.
It is only the other optional types which are restricted to a maximum of 8 bases in total.
