Failed to save game for sending

I'm playing a multiplayer game but get this message when I try to save the turn, for sending or otherwise. I have checked and turned off my firewall, tried rebooting and replayed the turn too many times now. Any ideas?

Windows 7 (not sure how to RUN with this)

I think this is an issue we are seeing, that hopefully will die off soon. I am guessing you updated, then played a turn immediately. I think you should be able to fix it by doing the following.

Go to your save folder (My Documents\My Games\BBCBA\SAVES) and delete the TEMP.TMP file. This is used as a buffer when moving the replay to and from memory.

If you have any issues doing this, try right clicking the Windows Explorer (or I guess My Computer) shortcut and choosing Run as Administrator.
