Can artillery shoot through dragoons at troops beyond like they were light foot?

Dragoons are light troops but not light foot.

The arty bullet states Light Foot can be shot through. Dragoons are treated as lights but not light foot so I would say no. Guess the horses get in the way.

Something like that, and the horses get in the way being so large and all. Little known historical fact that Dragoons were all skinny scrawny little dudes, who liked their poodles alive and well.
