Hannibal fig manufacturer?

Does anyone know who the manufacturer of the Hannibal fig from pg.23 lower right hand corner from Rise of Rome? Thanks in advance.

I would guess Newline design (Ca<L>17)-Mounted General,Sword Raised
, now owned by SHQ...
