Game Stopped Error

Getting the error below when running the FoG game. Have had to reinstall all since my PC crashed & was working until I tried to re-install IF. The last patch I had installed was 1.28 so it maybe that it's now out of date & needs the next patches but I can't find how to D/load & install them manually.

Have you tried installing 1.3.3 or using the update button?

Sorry you are having problems. You are currently at v1.2.9 so the first thing to do is update to the latest version and see if it helps.

How? The game errors before I can get to the check for latest update part.

EDIT: Just realized that this only gets you to 1.3.3......Hmmmm.....Try it anyway, and see if that can get the auto-updater up and running.

OK that worked & I can now play.

However the expansion for IF will not run (RoR & SA work fine).

Can I d/load it again & if so where please?

It depends where you got it but probably you can look it up at www.findmyorder.com

Thanks Iain but it would not let me d/load again- out of time I guess.

Can't see what's wrong with the original d/load as when I run the setup it comes up with the 'Initialising' message then just hangs.

Downloaded IF again & installed fine.
