I played with LIVIPAJO, and my game shown this message:

The scripts or other data being used by your opponent do not match yours. You should contact the other player to ask why their data is different.

It is recommended you abandon the game and report the issue on the forum.

Sounds like he has something modded

I had gotten that same message when I had my squads.csv modded in my main folder

Correct - either you or they have altered the scripts, map, or other data that is being used by the mission.
