Please send me a reset of my password for multiplayer FOG

Need my password reset sent to my registered email. I am FOG user name "pyortr" and I am locked out of using multiplayer because I did a passsword reset and the new password has not shown up in my registered email. I had to make a new logon identity to escape the catch 22 of not being able to contact you for help. I have tried to reset my password a dozen times through SLitherine and though it takes my email account information, no reset passwords have shown up in my inbox.
