Supressed units reactive fire

Not sure if this have been answered before (lots of threads!) but...

Why some unit "supressed" and with less than 50 morale are performing reactive fire against my movements? Shouldn´t be...you know, supressed and unable to return fire?

Edit: "Cobra" scenario. StugII with -35 and Tiger with -25 morale are reacting to my actions.

Armour will react against you even when suppressed. It's to prevent you chasing suppressed King Tigers around with M5s. It does fire will fairly large penalties though.
