Help with scripting my Omaha Beach map

:D Hi I have made a large Omaha beach map for the Dog Green Sector. Despite being what I believe to be a fairly impressive map there is just one problem. I am hopeless at scripting and would want someone to make my BSF for me. I need to add some Victory objectives for the U.S player as well as adding reinforcements for both sides after a certain amount of turns or by triggering them by reaching certain map locations. I plan on doing all the Omaha landing beaches so if someone would like to help script them for me I would be greatly appreciative. If anyone else is interested in doing the other Normandy beaches UTAH, SWORD, GOLD or JUNO we may be able to get a large Normandy campaign happening with eventually doing the inland battles as well. :D

I haven't tried scripting yet but if I get the hang of it I'll help out where I can. I could maybe also help with objects like landing craft if needed. Good luck - it sounds like an excellent project.

How goes your project?

I've been helping junk2drive get his running and if you've been following that "long-winded-thread" you might find some helpfull stuff.
As far as scripting goes, there are plenty of scenario's out there with examples.

Just keep hollering every now and then ... sometimes these threads get bumped out of sight.

Let me know if you need a hand .... you can bend the other scenario designers ears too!

:D Ive given up on the scripting side of things for the moment. Too much effort for very little reward. Hopefully when the next patch comes out there will be a plugin GUI for the editor which would be of great help for me. Making good maps takes me long enough without the scripting unfortunately I cannot devote enough time to do both. The map I made is awesome and I will upload it as soon as this site has the facilities to do so.
