How do I build a Grand MAster Horse Armourers Guild

What did I miss, I researched iron, and have a military camp and other military units. What else do I need to do to be able to build this and win the level? Thanks for your help!

You have to build a basic guild & upgrade it from there. Grand Master is the 3rd upgrade.
