What's wrong with Beta2 - Buying Time

I have accepted a challenge of this scenario yesterday and challenged myself today, both times I was supposed to command the Allies. Just after opening turn 1 the message "Objective completed" occured and the game was over. Any idea what's wrong with this scenario?

That is the same game that I mentioned quite a while ago (after beta 2 came out) with the self same problem.

Is this always happening in this scenario - obviously didn't happen here when I tested it....

Has nayone played it successfully?

Had same issues (one game pending in my tray for this reason)
