What TWO things do you think should be changed?

Do not comment on other people's posts (flog dead horse here methinks)

Just post the 2 things you personally* want changed

*Replies to other's 2 things are not wanted, just post your own

SSW vs SW (i.e. Superior Roman vs Barbarian matchup 3s & 5s)

Artillery range is too short
Clear the battlefield and let me see

The 2 issues that I would like be resolved are:
Uncatchble skirmishers - specially LH
Expensive units, should count more to army morale than unexpensive ones (breaking an opponent Knights BG, should be more valuable than breaking a small LF poor BG)

Drilled MF being too manoeverable

Certain troop types never being seen - review of abilities or points costs (armoured Knights being a prime example)

LF/LH being better all round than MF/Prot Cv shooters

seeing frontal combat advantages due to differences in weaponry based capabilities become almost as important as the ability to maneuver onto flanks and create overlaps

Do not permit any troops to turn 90 degrees and move.
Make troops which want to move away form enemy troops take a CT (except for skirmishers).

Skirmishers running away too easily

Don't make too many changes to screw up the game.

1. The lack of objectives (terrain, sectors or markers) to focus the battle around.

2. Excessive manoeuverability of skirmishers (evade and then move, evaders bouncing off side table edge)

1. Stop the double move if you evade - there should be a restriction on what you can do in your own subsequent turn
2. Terrain - fix the cheese whereby a road/river/coast blocks terrain on that flank and also stop making territory choice (as opposed to terrain choice) dependent on the PBI (Strictly 2 things but kind of similar - am I allowed that? )

1. Supporting lines
2. Super-manoeuvreable skirmsihers

Plus a plea - not really a #3 Phil - honest! Any changes should be simple and have real value added to game play. I really like FoG overall.

1) Give troops in column more movement outside of range of enemy. Make them more vulnerable in combat.
Especially clean up the whole kinked column mess.

2) Make Battlewagons FF and be done with it.
Yes, I know. It means that noone will ever field another Hussite army in competition again. Let the organizers sort that out.
