No problem with the e-mail address.paulolszanski2 wrote:when i do the pairings does anybody have a problem with me giving your opponent your email address?
Are you going to consider time zone when setting time-limits? Being in the UK if I'm against someone in the US I reckon we'll do 1 turn each a day so a 20 turn game would be minimum 10 days - even allowing 14 days may be close when real-life impacts game-life.

the rules
play the same sceario twice once as the germans and once as the allies.
do people want to pick the sceario or would everybody rather i pick which one?
try to finish your games as fast as possible but i will give ten days unless everybody finishes faster.
any other ideas let me know

How do you plan to decide the winner if the players win one time each?paulolszanski2 wrote:guys im going to extend the sign up till 5pm friday eastern standard time.after that i will email everybody there pairings,

Straight forward lost/killed units ratio? Every unit counts and worth the same?
It's a knock-out tournament not a league, right?
Big thank you for taking the effort and doing this and thanks for the game we just had also.

Total flags in both games can still result in a tie. I would go for losses/kills ratio. Every unit counts the same as it might favor one side if we go for other options (like tanks, which allies usually lose much more)
And we would need 16 people (and then 32 for 5 rounds, if more ppl sign up...) to make it a proper knock out tournament, or you have some other rule in mind?
That way we would have 4 rounds, and we could make it one map for each round :
1- Road to Caen (shortest and quickest to play the 1st and most crowded round)
2- D-Day + 3
3- Desert Fox
4 (FINAL) Race for the town (the longest and most challenging scenario so far)
Just my two cents
