No Record of Download

Hello,

I have bought and paid for a downloadable copy of Battlefield academy and have successfully done so.

However, after experiencing a problem with updating I wish to try downloading the copy again. I have been sent no conformation email and I am unable to access any records using my email address and last 5 digits at 'findmyorder' - it says no record! I neglected to write down the order number in my excitement

Sorry you are having problems. Your purchase was via Digital River for a download so you need to log in to their system to see it - www.findmyorder.com. There are a number of ways to look up your order details so using your credit card & e-mail address should be enough?

You would have been sent a confirmation mail by DR as soon as your purchase was made so check your spam filter.

If this doesn't help you can mail us as much info as you have about the order so we can try and look it up - send to info@slitherine.co.uk.
