How do I exit the game?

Played Battlefield Academy for the first time,and I can't figure out how to exit the game. I hit the Esc button, but I don't see where to exit the game?

From the menu screens should be arrows < taking you back a screen.

In a battle, in the upper left corner should be a circle with a red x.
