In game screen cap/video question

This may have been answered before (and if so please redirect me to the thread!) but how do you take pictures of your turn while playing the game to post to others? I've also seen some videos - anyone know how that's done? I've got some students I'm trying to sell on the game and we were going to try to follow along with one of my battles. Thanks for any advice/tips/help

Videos were captured with FRAPS which is a program you can download. Screenshots you can take by hitting print screen and pasting to an art package or word.
