Announcments for FoGR Tourneys

At the moment it does not make much difference as all the FoGR Tourney posts are announcements but what is the process to request the FoGR tourneys follow the FoGAM process of having tourneys initially as announcements?

When you write the post there is a radio button at the bottom that you can set to make it an announcement.
