Can lowland tribes and hill trbies be mixed in the same command or do they need their own allied commander?

They need their own allied commander. Although 'command' is not like DBM. They can still be deployed in any order, but their CMT and cohesion rolls can only be affected by a general in their line of command.

Can't remember what happens with battle lines though. I would assume the general with the line must be in line of command of all.
