Password Support?

A friend (and playing partner) is having major password issues (he is locked out of multiplayer) and has requested some help getting it reset...since last Thursday...
Can you please contact player: lhughes
and see if you can help him get back into the game?
He just emailed me that he has checked his Spam filter and just hasn't gotten anything back from his requests for help...

We don't use email as a help tool - for lots of reasons, but mainly because we get so much spam that it is easy to miss. The forums are the correct tool to report issues.

What exactly is the issue - that his forum password isn't working and needs to be reset?

Yes indeed. He is unable to log in to multiplayer (it was working fine for days, but my guess is he forgot his password or soemthing and is now "locked out"). Anyway, he is trying to get it reset so he can get back in to multiplayer. For me it is the same password for the Forum as for Multiplayer, so he can't access the Forum either...to report the issue...since he is locked out.

How best to help him get going again?

Hi, it seems you don't have your game serial number registered yet. You can do it here: http://www.slitherine.com/register_serial.php
The serial registration is required in order to get into the MP
