Lancers and Baggage

Two questions:

1) Do lance armed cavalry count as impact horse or something different?

2) Will I need to organise a baggage camps for my various soon to be FoG-R armies?

Don't know about 1 but RBS posted a list of base sizes and yes it did include the size of the baggage camp. So yes you might want to start thinking baggage Renaissance style. His list is somewhere here in this forum.

It depends on their historical performance. The rules have

Light Lancers
Heavy Lancers
Impact Mounted

Polish winged hussars are Impact Mounted and trump most other mounted impact POAs.

The other types of Lancers are trumped by Impact Pistols.

(Scots lancers are Light Lancers, Gendarmes are mostly Heavy Lancers)
