Only charge if your BG fail a Complex Move Tests with :
+1 if Commander in range
+1 if Inspired Commander in range
+1 if Commander adjacent
+1 if BG is drilled troop

There is some stuff to minimize the charge...

Which was always odd since in the scenario where its the Galatian invasion of Macedonia, Alex was the one unit who always seemed to want to go off and charge Galatians hiding in the woods. Perhaps the scenarios do not follow the rules for DAG games quite as closely.

I think that some of the problems with anarchy charges have been fixed since then. Shock mounted and heavy foot should no longer make anarchy charges against enemy in bad terrain.
