I noticed that something is wrong with the ranking!

Even opening a scenario, having a look and closing is counted as a "battles" and "games played"

It tracks how many games started - better ranking stats is something that will come in the near future.

It also counts each Multiplayer turn as one game played...

Well since I am using the SYSTRAY, when I get my turn I load up the game, play the turn, then close the game and load up the SYSTRAY again, and I guess that counts as a game, I could be wrong but I don't think I played 14 games yet so something is going on.

I've so far only played the first 2 tutorial scenarios. However as I've been starting up and shutting down the game numerous times to see if I can fix (or more accurately if they have somehow magically fixed themselves) the graphical problems I now have the (not so) lofty position(s) of 50th and bizarrely 51st on the rankings.
