How can I see how many turns remain?
In the "capture the fort" scenario I kept running out of time. Sometimes just one, simply because I dropped my infantry one square to soon, not knowing that just one turn remained. Frustrating.
No one seems to have that problem overhere, so I wonder: is there some turn counter visible on your screens that I don't have?

time limit!
For the first mission "Capture the ford!" there is a time limit "12 turns!"iainmcneil wrote:Counters only appear if there is a time limit to complete the mission.
Well that's what I assumed. But it does not show up here. In the "capture the fort" mission I see when I reach (or fail) a scenario objective. I also see that there's 12 turns in which I have to reach the goals (which remains fixed at 12).Counters only appear if there is a time limit to complete the mission.
But I do not see a turn counter. Regardless if I hide or show by clicking on I. There is NO counter visible.
I'm running windows 7 ultimate-64 bit and have a GeForce GTX 295.
Apart from that counter, the rest of the game seems to run ok but obviously there might be other stuff that I don't see...

Edit: I tried playing in other resolutions (not full-screen) but that does not change anything. Same problem, no turncounter.
No counter here, too !
Would be nice, if there would be a counter in every scenario (custom, campaign, multiplayer), because it is a turn based game and I want to keep track of in which round I am.
And when I replay the scenario I maybe want to try to beat my previous attempts and win faster.
Like a british officer and snob would say: "A counter isn't a can do, it is a must have."

Is there anything in the game design/concept which rules out the implementation of an always visible turn indicator ?
Even in scenarios without any turn limitations at all I would be happy to keep easily track of the already played rounds.
Please keep this in mind for a next patch because I really like the game, its style and its mechanics !!!
